I sent in my application online and got a call from HR about two weeks later. They went over my resume to make sure it was mine and explained the job. We set up the interview for the next week, and I heard back about the offer by the end of that week. The interview itself was pretty laid back, and the manager running the internship was really nice and excited about it. My resume was pretty detailed, so she didn't have many questions about that. She seemed more focused on finding people who were open-minded, eager to learn, ambitious, and self-starters, rather than just those with the most knowledge, especially since there's a two-week training period. But still, make sure you know a bit about the internship. Googling it is a good idea.
