Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hampton Inn by Hilton.
Receptionist
it was a simple and quick interview process, I didn't get the job, but I'm happy with how it went. The company seemed professional and they were polite and welcoming.
- What is your relevant experience duration?
Receptionist
They were super upfront about what they needed and got back to me fast. They were really blunt about the process and who they were looking for, and who they weren't. The interview was done on paper instead of online, so you needed to have really good handwriting and no issues with that.
- Were you available to work most weekends?
Receptionist
So, I had this interview for a Front Desk Receptionist position. It involved two interviewers who asked a total of 40 questions. They even gave me a tour of the hotel, making it seem like I was definitely going to get the job, but in the end, they didn't hire me after all that.
