The interview process at the location I applied to wasn't too difficult. The General Manager was really nice and gave me a tour of the hotel and its amenities. We talked as we walked around, and they made sure to answer any questions I had.

Behavioral

The interview was a waste of time. The manager didn't look at my resume beforehand. Overall, it's a nice company to work for. It's a good job for someone with experience and flexible hours, but the pay is pretty low for the position.

Behavioral Technical

After filling out the forms and going through the whole process, the hiring manager makes initial contact. However, they don't continue the process and don't even send an email to notify applicants that they were not selected. This is very unprofessional considering today's standards and protocols in hiring processes.

  • Can you tell me about a time a customer was upset?
  • Do you have experience with the reservation operation system?
  • Are you open to working weekends and overtime?
