The interview process is pretty straightforward. You have to complete and pass 4 assessments before moving on. These include a simple spelling test, an easy reading test, a test where you compare what you hear to what you read, and then a tougher verbal test. For the verbal test, I suggest practicing by watching TV and repeating what's said with just a small delay.

Technical

After submitting an online application, I called to follow up. A representative took my name and assured me I'd hear back. About a week later, they contacted me to schedule an interview. The recruiter discussed benefits, incentives, and the pay rate of $10.50. Upon arrival, I was greeted and seated. I was then led to an office to take assessments. The representative mentioned there would be four, but there were actually five. I was instructed to put on a headset and use a computer in the room. The first test involved typing what I heard, with the advice not to worry about speed. I didn't perform great on that one. The second test was reading a piece of paper, which went well. The third was a spelling test with 20 words. I struggled significantly, explaining that I hadn't taken a spelling test since elementary school. For the fourth test, I had to put the headset back on and repeat what I heard without overthinking it, as I apparently did. I didn't get the job due to too many errors. It's important to remember this role involves assisting people who are deaf or blind, which is why the assessments are designed to be simple. Good luck.

It was pretty easy, they just asked general questions about me and my background, and what I could bring to the company. They also checked my typing and speaking skills to see if I was good enough for the job I applied for.
