It was a really thorough process, involving a written test (in Portuguese or English), a group activity, and interviews with managers. Even though group activities can be tough, the HR person and the intern running the interview made everyone feel comfortable. After the manager interviews, they took a while to give me a 'no'. The person who got the job heard back the next day, but I only got my answer a week later, after I followed up.
