They got back to me pretty fast after I applied and let me know there would be a few interviews. After the first chat, which was pretty short, they set up another interview with the partner. But on the day, the partner didn't call. I ended up calling the firm's front desk and emailing the person who set it up. Over a day later, I got an email asking to reschedule. The partner also called me to set up another time because 'we didn't get to speak.' The next week, when it was time for the interview again, I didn't hear anything. Fifteen minutes later, I got an email saying the partner was running late. Again, it wasn't until the next day that I heard from the partner. The partner once more said we should set up another time. The partner didn't apologize either. So, I officially took my application back via email. I still never got an apology for how little they respected my time and how unprofessional they were.

The process starts with sending in your application, resume, and cover letter. If they like your application, they'll give you a call or video chat to see if you're a good fit and if you're interested. If that goes well, you'll have a few interview rounds with the hiring manager and the team. These interviews might be about your past experiences, technical problems, or a case study, depending on the job. Sometimes, they'll also give you a written test or a skill test to see what you're good at. Recruiters might also ask for references to check your work history. HR or the recruiting team will keep you updated on what's next. The last interviews could be with important execs or a group of people. After they decide, they'll offer you the job. Then you start the onboarding process, and that's the end of the interview part.

The interview had 3 stages and was handled by a third-party company. The first stage was a screening step. The second stage was an interview with an HR consultant. The third stage was conducted in English with the team leader. It was a good interview, and they were clear about salaries, benefits, and duties throughout.
