Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Halodoc.
Business Intelligence Analyst
I went through the whole recruitment process, from the first HR chat to sending my latest salary slip, but then got ghosted with no outcome. HR reached out to me on LinkedIn, and I was upfront about my salary and expectations. They agreed and had me do an assessment test. I passed all stages and got to the last step: sending my salary slip. Then, radio silence. After 10 days with no update, I messaged HR, but got no reply. My WhatsApp messages weren't even opened. The interviewers were nice though. But the lack of follow-up and basic communication from HR was a letdown. Candidates should know why they're rejected after putting in so much effort. It's basic courtesy. I'm giving this feedback for Halodoc to improve their hiring process. Candidates deserve better.
- Can you describe how you handle user requests?
Business Intelligence Analyst
First, an HR interview about your experience. Then, a technical test on statistical theory and a SQL case study. You will be notified of the results afterwards.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- What tools are you familiar with?
- What does your day-to-day look like?
Business Intelligence Analyst
The interview process includes an HR interview, followed by technical questions which were harder than at other tech companies. Then there were user interviews with coworkers, a user interview with the manager, and a final user interview with the VP of Data.
