The whole thing took about 2-3 weeks. Started with HR screening, then two technical interviews, followed by a chat with the hiring manager, and finally, another meeting with the HR manager. The recruiter kept me in the loop the entire time. Overall, it was a good experience. Everyone was professional and showed respect, and I got a real feel for the company culture.

Instead of just checking technical skills or what you've done, these rounds were about seeing your mindset, how you act, and your psychological makeup, using stuff like MBTI. It was more about how you think, handle stress, and fit with the company culture.

I applied online and an HR person from Alma contacted me to schedule two Skype interviews. Neither of these rounds were technical; one was managerial and the other was HR. During both rounds, they were negotiating my salary expectations. In the HR round, they asked about my school and college memories and family background, which I found irrelevant to the interview.
