It was very personality-driven. They inquired about my personal life, including my friends and family. They also presented me with hypothetical scenarios to gauge my reactions. The process involved two online interviews followed by an in-person assessment day.

So the application involved writing answers to 5 short questions, and then there were some verbal, math, and personality tests. After that, I had a one hour phone interview with a senior leader from Halma, which was on a Sunday. The next step was an in-person assessment center that lasted for a day and a half. There was also a dinner the night before, and within the assessment center, there were 3 interviews and a team activity.

Standard application via an online portal, followed by some tests for personality and English skills. Then there was a phone interview with a managing director from a subsidiary company. The final stage was an in-person interview day where I had two 1:1 interviews and was given a presentation to develop on the spot.
