I applied twice, once a few years ago and then again in September. The first time I applied I think I applied too late and didn't get a call back even though I thought the interview went well. The second time I applied, they were already open and I got called for an interview. I showed up 15 minutes early and saw other people there for the same thing. It turned out to be a group interview and we had to wait about 30-40 minutes for everyone to arrive. They should have started on time with those who were there. The interview went okay and I got a callback, but my son accidentally rejected it. I called back and she hung up, then I called again thinking it was an accident, and then she rejected it.

Applied really early, around August. Got a call to come in. They were still setting up the store. When I walked in the woman gave me the once-over but then turned on the smiles. She rushed the interview and it was over in less than 3 minutes. I knew right away that she was not going to hire me despite me giving good answers and having experience. I firmly believe she made her decision once she saw my appearance and rushed the interview to get it over with. Never got called back.
