It was a really long process, with a bunch of phone interviews and then two full-day interviews where I met with about twelve people. Some of the interviewers were great, but others didn't really know how to question a candidate.

The interview process included a phone interview and then in-person interviews with the Store Manager and District Manager. Before the interviews, there was a personality test and a drug test. The interview covered coaching, skill set, strengths and opportunities, and loss prevention. The questions were pretty generic and if you have done a retail management interview before, you will find this runs in line with what most retailers ask during the interview process.
