I had two interviews with two different people each, conducted via Microsoft Teams. The overall process felt easy but took a long time. I'm a bit confused why I was interviewed by four people in total and still didn't get an offer.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and heard back a few weeks later for an interview. Since I was one of the first folks they talked to, offers went out about two weeks after my interview. The whole thing took around a month. The recruiter was super nice and easy to chat with. They didn't really ask any tough questions, like "tell me about a time when...". It felt like they were mostly trying to get to know me as a person and designer, and understand my design process and what inspires me.

Technical Case

I talked to some recruiters at a career fair first. Then I had interviews on campus with four recruiters. There were two rooms, and I had two 30-minute interviews, with two recruiters in each room. I had to look over an analytical report and give my feedback on the numbers. There were ten applicants who got to the interview round, but they only picked one person for the internship.
