Industrial Designer
The entire interview process was conducted via Skype. The HR team was really nice and flexible with my schedule, accommodating the fact that I was interviewing from London. First, I had an interview with an HR representative. Then, I had a second interview with two people from the Design Engineering department. The questions were pretty standard, and the overall interview felt casual, with everyone being positive and engaged.
- Could you start by telling us about yourself?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
- Can you describe your design process?

The interview process for the cards department took about half a day, possibly a bit longer. It involved more than 5 one-on-one interviews with various managers, followed by a meeting with the department director. I also had lunch with an employee and a separate chat with HR. A host showed me where to go for each meeting, and I presented my portfolio to everyone.
- I don't remember the specific questions asked.

My interview day involved meeting with HR, then my potential manager, and finally the senior manager. The entire thing took about 2 hours, though it might be shorter for others as I tend to talk a lot. Everyone was really nice.
- Could you tell me about the products you've designed previously?
- Do you have experience with typography?
