It started with a recruiter call, then a technical round with the whole team doing leetcode-style problems. After that, I had an on-site with three parts: a technical one, a presentation, and a chat with the hiring manager. I was initially given an offer, but it was rescinded after I attempted to negotiate. I was told I'm money-driven rather than team-driven.
