Behavioral Case Presentation

The whole process took about a month from start to finish. It started with an email, followed by a phone screen with the hiring manager. Then, I was asked to come in for a panel interview where I had to present a case study I was given and talk about my past experiences. The time between getting the email and the panel interview was one week. After the interview, it took another month to get a decision, and I eventually received an email saying they decided to move forward with another candidate. Despite not getting the offer, I had a good experience; the team seemed knowledgeable and the employees I met were friendly.
