The interview process included one phone interview and then an in-person interview. During the in-person interview, I met with four people: two other account executives, an account director, and a VP. The VP didn't seem very interested and wasn't paying much attention throughout the interview. It felt like the kind of interview where they didn't care if I liked them. The experience left me with a bad impression.

Behavioral Presentation

Having an internal referral is really helpful since those applications tend to get more attention. If you don't have one, you need to find a way to make yourself memorable. A big part of the interview is seeing if you'll mesh well with the team and the company culture. They want someone who works hard but also knows how to have fun – the kind of person they wouldn't mind being stuck with on a long road trip.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation Group

The interview process included an initial phone call where they asked about your experience and personality. This was followed by an assessment day that featured a solo presentation, a group presentation, an interview, and a numeracy test. Everyone at the grad day was really nice and made sure we were looked after, no question was too minor.
