I went through 3 interviews. The first two were with associates and focused mainly on behavioral questions. The final interview was a super day where I met with senior people from the firm. They gave me a case study which was basically a questionnaire about fundamental financial concepts, and then I had to do a simple Excel task.

Applied through university and website. Got a phone screen call from an analyst after a couple weeks. It was a 15-20 minute conversational interview focusing on behavioral questions to gauge interest and get to know me. A week later, had a final video call interview for an hour with two interviewers for 30 minutes each. This was more professional. The questions were similar to the phone screen, mostly behavioral but less conversational. Needed to give concise answers showing learned experiences and related skills, with confidence.
