Had a quick virtual screener, then a more thorough in-person interview. It was a pretty standard process overall. The questions asked were mostly what I expected. The interviewers were respectful. The whole thing was a pretty fast process.

The hiring process began with on-campus interviewing (OCI) at my school. They didn't require a cover letter, only resumes. About 12-15 candidates were invited for 15-20 minute interviews, which felt pretty typical for OCI. The interview itself was with a senior partner and a recent graduate from my law school, both of whom were very approachable and easy to chat with.

The initial screener interview was brief and fairly informal. After that, there was a callback interview which was more formal and conducted in a round-robin style at the firm. I was there for a good chunk of the day, and it ended with a nice reception where I got to chat with the attorneys.
