The interview process was very smooth. They asked typical questions, and everyone was really friendly and straightforward. The questions they asked were tailored to my resume, so it was obvious they had looked at my background and asked relevant questions.

It was a really disorganized interview process. The coordinator messed up the time and couldn't explain the process clearly. The HR department seemed clueless. They took ages to schedule it, and then on the day, they changed one of the three interviewers at the last minute. I spoke with the HR Director and the Operations Manager. Honestly, it was probably the worst interview I've ever had. They mostly just asked about my ability to meet their quota and were open about the lack of work-life balance, making it sound like a sweatshop. I didn't feel like an individual; I felt like just a number to boost profits. It was very stressful.

The hiring process began with on-campus interviewing (OCI) at my school. They didn't require a cover letter, only resumes. About 12-15 candidates were invited for 15-20 minute interviews, which felt pretty typical for OCI. The interview itself was with a senior partner and a recent graduate from my law school, both of whom were very approachable and easy to chat with.
