After submitting an online application, I had a face-to-face interview. There was also time spent on the sales floor with an assessment. The whole thing was really disorganized. The interviewer seemed surprised to see me and made me wait a long time. Then, he interviewed me in the staff room while people kept coming in and out. He seemed unsure about his own questions. The interview was very short. Afterward, he just sent me to the sales floor without any instructions, and since there were no customers, he disappeared and didn't assess me at all. I understand I didn't make the cut, which is fair, but I never heard back from them – no rejection, no feedback, nothing. I felt this was quite rude given that I took the time to prepare and attend the interview.
