Submitted an online application and assessment. Then had an interview with the store manager and assistant manager where they asked questions about me and the role. After that, I was asked to build a bike. Then I went out on the shop floor and shadowed a staff member to see how a day usually runs. I was shown a quick briefing on how the till works and then returned to the staff room for a few more questions about my expectations before finishing. This was followed by a background check.
