Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Halff.
Civil Engineer
The interview process was quite straightforward. The panel was friendly and made an effort to put me at ease, and they were happy to answer any questions I had. It was a nice touch that I got to meet some key people from different practice areas, which doesn't usually happen until later interview stages or after an offer.
- What are your thoughts on a healthy work-life balance?
Civil Engineer
The interview process was pretty good and the interviewers were very friendly. However, after the interview, I didn't receive any response, not even to inform me that I wouldn't be considered.
- Do you have knowledge of platting?
Civil Engineer
HR called me for a phone interview with a manager, but they skipped that and went straight to a Skype interview. It was chill, they talked more about the company than asking questions. Super informal and relaxed, I liked chatting with them. It lasted about 45 minutes, and then HR called an hour later with an offer.
- Can you walk me through your resume experience?
