Project Engineer
The interview process included a recruiter and operational interview. It was a standard motivational interview. The feedback was quick and efficient. Nothing to report, it was very friendly and made me want to join the group. Nothing to add. A visit of the premises was included. Perfect.

When I applied, the recruitment process had four phases. For this role, they evaluated a few things. First, there was a full profile analysis. Second, they did psychotechnical tests. Third, I met with the three decision-makers. Fourth, we talked about the terms and they made an offer.

Engineer
The interview included the apprenticeship tutor, the manager, and HR. They asked general questions without going into too much detail. There was a 5-minute part in English. Afterwards, they explained the RTT days, working hours, bonuses, and other benefits.
