First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hager.
Controller
I was contacted by an HR representative after applying on LinkedIn. We had a Teams call, which was postponed once due to their internal issues. They asked general questions about my past experiences and basic info like current residence, employment, and age. I never got any feedback, even though they gave me a timeline. From what I saw, there was a lack of professional seriousness.
- What is your professional background and can you share some general information about yourself?
Product Manager
The hiring process at Hager Companies is kinda slow but they do check things thoroughly. It involves a bunch of interviews, usually kicking off with a chat with a recruiter or a phone screen. It's considered medium difficulty and takes more than a month. Negotiating salary isn't really a big thing here.
- A lot of questions to be honest
Intern
My interview experience with this company was quite bad because they don't seem to have a proper recruitment process. They said they would reply within 15 days but they didn't. I tried to follow up but got no response, which felt disrespectful. It was a frustrating and unprofessional experience overall.
- Can you tell me about your professional background?
Project Manager
Le processus s'est déroulé en trois étapes : d'abord un appel visio avec la consultante en recrutement, ensuite un entretien avec le manager opérationnel, et pour finir un débriefing avec la consultante en recrutement.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about your background.
- What are your motivations for this position?
