The interview process took a very long time to even get an interview, and then it took even longer to get any feedback. While I'm okay with not being hired, candidates should at least be informed if they weren't selected, especially when it's impossible to get in touch with HR recruiters.

The interview process was quick, and I received an offer in less than a week. The interviewer asked me questions and inquired if I had any questions for them. They also asked about my floor preferences and whether I was willing to work days or nights. Some candidates were told which floors were available, while others were not.

The hiring timeline is quite lengthy from when you apply until you hear back. You have to complete a lengthy personality test and there are phone interviews before you get to an in-person interview. For some jobs, you might not get any communication other than a status update on the careers site.
