This was the smoothest and most pleasant interview process I have ever had. The company takes seriously the candidate experience. The whole process was very well organised. There were five steps in the interview process, all very clearly represented from the start. Everyone was very friendly and helpful which gives a glimpse of the whole vibe of the company. The recruiter was on top of the process during the whole time. It was a great experience!

They reached out to me before posting the job. I had two interviews that went great, and then they said I'd have a third interview with HR. It's been two weeks and I still haven't heard anything. I've asked a few times about the status and if I was still considered now that the job is public. They basically ghosted me.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a multi-stage interview process that lasted about a month consisting of calls with talent acquisition, the hiring manager and team (including an assignment) as well as C level executives. The whole recruitment journey was smooth and friendly with clear communication on next steps all the way. I had the opportunity to get insights on the company culture and philosophy as well as the leadership style and vision. It was great to see the focus on a people-centric culture and quality of work. By the end of the process I could understand a lot more about the role and the company overall, which made me feel certain about wanting to join the team.
