I interviewed in Madrid, first meeting with the person in charge of civil works in Qatar, and then with HR. The interview was in English. Later, I received a phone call to discuss salary and conditions for me to go to Qatar. They were very kind throughout the process.
- Could you describe how you obtained your professional experience?
Engineer
This wasn't for a specific job, but more of a preliminary interview round in case some jobs open up later. A contact I knew inside the company referred me and connected me with a department head for the interview. The interviewer was very friendly and polite. They asked me to introduce myself, so I spoke for a few minutes about my career history. After that, we had a relaxed conversation about the current state of the construction industry and our current focuses within it. We then just talked generally about the construction field and our thoughts on changes happening in the industry.
