Second, the GM of Finance asked about my previous work experience. Third, the CFO interview was just a formality since the job could be confirmed after the first two rounds.

First, I had to submit my resume to an agency in the Philippines so they could check if I met the client's needs. A few days later, the agency called me to set up an interview with the client. The client then scheduled a written and an oral exam for me on the second day. If I passed the exams, they offered me a contract right away.

This wasn't for a specific job, but more of a preliminary interview round in case some jobs open up later. A contact I knew inside the company referred me and connected me with a department head for the interview. The interviewer was very friendly and polite. They asked me to introduce myself, so I spoke for a few minutes about my career history. After that, we had a relaxed conversation about the current state of the construction industry and our current focuses within it. We then just talked generally about the construction field and our thoughts on changes happening in the industry.
