Marketing Representative
My interview was back in September 2016. I stayed with the company for about 7 months. The interview process was very quick and straight to the point. They hire anyone with some type of sales experience, you don't even need a highschool or college degree, just a professional look and "go get em" attitude. I was hired on the spot and taken for a trial run in the field, observing the technique of selling makeup which was basically begging. We went into different stores and businesses, doing cold sales and soliciting, which became uncomfortable. But if you like it, this is the perfect job for you!
- Tell me about your previous sales experience.
- How do you feel about approaching and talking to new people?
Marketing
It was straightforward and informative. The staff was super professional, warm and welcoming. Atmosphere was positive. The process was pretty fast. I went in for the first round and had a second interview after to show me what they do and I like how easy the job duties actually are.
- How would you describe yourself in one word?
- What legacy do you wish to leave behind?
Marketing Assistant
It was super nerve wracking at first, but the receptionist was super nice when I got there! The director was really welcoming and positive, and explained the opportunity really well. I'm excited to start and grow here!
- What is it that you are looking for?
