The process was pretty straightforward. I contacted HR directly since I don't think they use a headhunter. They didn't give me any feedback after the timed model build, they just moved on from me. As far as I can tell, they haven't hired anyone for the team yet.
- Questions about deals
- A timed model to build
Associate
Had a standard LBO model assessment followed by a series of Zoom interviews. These included a mix of technical and behavioral questions. They asked a decent amount about past deals I worked on in investment banking. Everyone was very nice.
- Can you do a paper LBO?
- Walk me through an operating model you have built
- Tell me about past deals you worked on during investment banking
Associate
The interview process was thorough, and I was impressed by the smart people there. The depth of their team and dedication to their industry vertical stood out. I would interview with them again and have no regrets. I've continued to apply, hoping to get a role there, though I ended up taking a position elsewhere.
- Could you start by telling me a bit about yourself?
