The hiring process for this role can be quite thorough and lengthy, involving detailed steps like personality assessments. I appreciated this attention to detail as it highlighted the company's commitment to finding a candidate who aligns with their needs and company culture. Although I wasn't initially selected for the first position I applied for, H.G. Fenton kept me in mind and reached out a few months later when a different opportunity arose. The subsequent interview process was much faster because they already had most of my information from the initial application.

The interview process was a mess, disorganized from the start and unprofessional all the way through. They didn't even have the correct job description for the role I applied for. The phone presence was rude and unprofessional, and the calls were unorganized. They didn't follow through with the interview as was suggested in the email and phone call.
