Leasing and Marketing Manager
I recently interviewed at HG Fenton and it was a great experience. They have a really organized process that shows they care about finding the right people and making candidates feel good. It involved a phone call to go over company goals and my experience, then an interview with the team where they asked good questions about company values and what the job entails.

Leasing and Marketing Manager
The interview process was pretty good. First, there was an introductory call over Zoom/Teams to discuss the role and my background. Then, I had to complete a Wordlic Assessment, which is basically an IQ test. After that, I had an in-person interview with a recruiter to go over my experience and ask behavioral questions like how I've dealt with angry customers or difficult coworkers, and for personal statements. During that same in-person meeting, I also spoke with two property managers who would be hiring me. Finally, there was a third interview, usually with the property managers of the specific property I'd be working on, and the questions were similar to the second interview. So, it's about two to three interview stages in total, with one virtual and the rest in-person, and you'll meet with several people. My tip is to always be ready for different types of questions and what they're looking for.

Leasing and Marketing Manager
The interview process was great! I interviewed with H.G. Fenton earlier this year but didn't move forward as the drive was too far at the time. Moving forward I get a call from a recruiter did another phone screening and then was offered to go in office. There I was met with a super warm welcome, and nice people. I felt at ease during the interview and spoke with three different people. First was my recruiter, and next was the community director and project director. Finally when that was done, I spoke to my recruiter and he let me know id hear back within two business days. I loved from the beginning they were super transparent with pay and benefits without needing any prompting on my end so no awkward convos there. Lots of scenario questions so come prepared. You will also have to take a wonderlic assessment so study for that and you're golden.

Leasing Marketing Manager
Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter the same day about a 10 min phone interview for Wednesday. I got a response a week later. After the phone call, I had a 45 minute Zoom interview with the recruiter. I was told someone would contact me to confirm the meeting and give me info on a Wonderlic test. I wasn't contacted until the day before the second interview. I took the test and had the second interview. The Wonderlic test wasn't sent to the recruiter for the second interview. The Zoom meeting had issues because she double booked, so we spoke on the phone first before she let me join via Zoom. Not sure why she couldn't just make a new link. The interview ended, I sent a thank you note, and was told 8 days later they were moving on. I asked for feedback but got none.
