It started with an automated process, which was okay but felt impersonal. I get why they do it, but talking to a screen instead of a person just doesn't feel right. Then there was a competency task. The task itself was a bit confusing, and I emailed the recruiter for more info but never got a reply. Even if it was meant to be vague, they should at least respond. After putting 5 hours into the presentation, I was called the day before the second interview and told the role might be eliminated due to restructuring. They promised a callback in a few weeks, but I never heard back. I emailed the recruiter again, and still no response. As a customer of the brand, I'm really put off. People deserve to be treated with respect.

Behavioral Presentation Other

It took a really long time for each round. The third stage was an exercise and the fourth stage was the final round with a presentation. After that, they ghosted me. The interviewer was also super unprofessional, he talked about brands he previously worked for and told me to avoid them. It made me feel really uncomfortable, and I don't think I want to work for someone like that. But ghosting me was just the worst. They really owe me a response.
