First, we had a phone screen with some general questions. Then, there was a meeting with the District Manager which included behavior-based questions, questions about my experience, and a store walkthrough. After that, I got a conditional offer pending a background check.

I walked in and asked for an application. I set up a phone interview with the District Manager, but they never called. Two weeks later, I got a call from a local store manager who did a phone interview with me. She told me she would call back to set up a phone interview with the District Manager, who never called the first time. I never got a call back from her. Another week later, the lady who originally gave me the application called asking me to come in and fill out hiring paperwork if I was still interested.

This hiring process spanned about three weeks. It involved interviews with two district managers and the regional manager. One of the district managers and the regional manager conducted phone interviews. I had an in-person meeting with one of the district managers before speaking with the other two. The regional manager holds the final hiring authority.
