The interview process was good with technically skilled interviewers. Overall, it was a good interview. Typically, there are 4 rounds. The first two are technical rounds. One is with someone from the same team as the recruiter, and the second is from a different team (often called a non-LOB round) or a Project. The third round is with the Project Manager, and the fourth is the HR round. For someone with 6+ years of experience, the package is a good bargain, as the experience is decent. SAP usually offers a higher package than service-based companies.

It started with a technical face to face, then a group discussion, and finally a deep technical interview that also included HR aspects, conducted by the MD. The group discussion part was pretty useless, felt like they picked people randomly. In my group, the ones who got picked didn't even say much. They checked my age (I was 31 then) and immediately rejected me. They're apparently only looking for freshers with certifications, so others should probably avoid this company.
