I had a second interview at Bromford Gate, Birmingham, UK. The interview started at 7am with a rather unpleasant lecture from the interviewer about how using agencies is a waste of money. After that, the interview continued with the same questions as the first one, but with different interviewers. When asked about my availability to start at 7am, 8am, and 9am, I confirmed I could start at each of those times. The interviewer noted this down as 'flexible'. The next day, my agency informed me I was rejected because I wasn't seen as flexible. I explained my answers to the flexibility questions, but the agency has now dropped me.

I had a really bad interview experience. We scheduled a phone meeting but the interviewer didn't show up and rescheduled without any reason. Then, for the second meeting, she didn't join again and didn't even bother to reschedule or let me know. I was just waiting all day for her to call. I emailed her but haven't heard back yet.

It was a really bad, lengthy, and drawn-out process. I had to interview with several people at different stages. It was pretty standard but they made it overly complicated for no good reason. I wouldn't recommend it. The offer they made was a joke.
