The recruitment process spanned three months and felt disorganized, with last-minute scheduling demands despite the slow pace. There were long gaps between interview rounds, like six weeks between the first and second. Candidates were expected to be flexible for last-minute interview dates, sometimes due to recruiter vacations. The second round involved an Excel case study, a PowerPoint presentation, and presenting Excel results with only two days' notice. The required skills weren't in the job description or on my CV, so the evaluation criteria were unclear. The company's side was slow and unresponsive, but urgent for the candidate, showing poor planning and lack of respect for time.

I went through 4 rounds of interviews: the 1st with HR, the 2nd with the department head and manager, the 3rd with the head once more, and the 4th with the CEO. The initial three rounds were conducted online, while the final round was in person. All interviewers were friendly and I gained valuable insights from our conversations. After the last interview, the CEO mentioned that I would receive feedback within 3 days. However, after a week without any update, I reached out to the HR department but have yet to receive a response after 3 weeks. It's surprising for a company of this stature to not follow up. The interviews were time and energy-consuming; a simple email update doesn't seem too much to ask.

It was a pretty chill chat, not too formal. Started with a relaxed conversation with a senior team member to ensure I wasn't completely clueless. Then, there was a second meeting with the rest of the team where they asked more substantive questions. Honestly, I think they mostly went off my CV, and the interviews were really just to see if I'd fit in personality-wise.
