It was about a 4-step process: first, a phone screening with HR, then a phone screening with the potential manager. After that, there was a take-home challenge which was pretty challenging but also interesting since I had to fix a buggy application. Finally, there was a half-day interview where I met people from different departments and answered a mix of behavioral and technical questions.

I got a call back the day after I applied online and scheduled a phone screening with the recruiter. They were kind of short with me and didn't really want to answer my questions about the company. I never heard back after that.

I sent in my application through Greenhouse and they got back to me in about a week. First, I had a 30 minute phone screen with a senior tech person where we chatted about my experience, what I'm interested in, and the company. Then, they gave me a programming challenge to do in about a week or two. The task was to build a chat app with some basic features and a few extra things to do if I had time. I actually took a bit more time to finish it up properly, spending around 6 hours over a couple of days. After the team reviewed my code, I was invited for a 4 hour onsite interview. I met with two groups of two engineers, the CTO, an HR lead, and a lead product manager. They asked me a bunch of technical, personal, and business questions, and I also got plenty of time to ask them questions.
