First there was a recruiter chat which went well, then I spoke with the hiring manager, after that I had a project to do, and finally I met with the team. The whole process took months because everything was spread out. The project was very demanding, essentially asking me to share all my best ideas for solving their problems. I almost quit the process then, but I didn't.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a call with the hiring manager, then I had to submit a project, and then there was a follow-up call with the hiring manager. After that, I had a call with the recruiter. I had spoken to this recruiter before, but she acted like she didn't remember me. I did a lot of research on the company and think it is a brilliant product and concept. I did see several public comments one senior leader made about the preference for (or being enamored with) former management consultants joining the team. I imagine that in depth diversity & inclusion (measuring more than just gender or color) might be an issue for them at some point. I wasn't offered the job so perhaps my feeling here is biased.

The recruiters were great! Process was clear and transparent throughout. I see several complaints in other reviews about the project portion but I thought it was a fair assessment of the skills required of the role. From first recruiter contact to offer took about 5 weeks.
