A recruiter from the talent acquisition team reached out to me on LinkedIn expressing interest in my experience and asked to schedule a phone call to learn about my experience and share details about the role. I submitted my resume and was told I'd hear back by the end of the week about next steps but never received an update. I followed up the week after but was completely ghosted, although I'm not surprised given the company reviews on Glassdoor.

I applied online and heard back pretty quickly from a Recruiting Coordinator. I had an initial phone interview with the Lead Recruiter and then another with the hiring manager a few days later. I was asked to complete a take-home project around mid-March and spent ~4 hours completing it. The Recruiting Coordinator thanked me for completing the take-home project and then went radio silent. Given the timing, I assumed the silence was related to COVID shutdowns so I gave it some time before reaching out again. I politely contacted the Recruiting Coordinator to see if there was any update regarding the role or timeline of the hiring process and never heard back. This was definitely my most disappointing interview experience. I put a lot of time and effort into the take-home project and would have expected some sort of follow up communication regarding my candidacy.

I applied about 6 weeks ago. My experience was similar to other people, so this seems to be the standard process now. First, there was a screen with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager, a take-home case, and then a final round with 4 interviews. HR was clear and informative at every step. The interviews themselves were straightforward; they try to get a sense of who you are and your background, not trip you up with case questions, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a long process, but everyone was super nice, mission-driven, and very thoughtful in communicating.
