The interview had 3 rounds. The first was about PHP & Laravel, the second was System Design, and the third was a chat with the hiring manager. It was a terrible experience. The interviewer was rude and only had about 7 years of experience, interviewing someone with 12 years. They asked useless questions not relevant to the job, focusing too much on theory like 'What is PHP', 'oops concepts', and 'Traits'. They said good explanation skills lead to selection, with no focus on practical aspects. The offer was very low and not justified. Don't waste your time. They're hiring for Pune but have no office there, so they're just wasting time with interviews (unless you have very low salary expectations). The interviewer was rude and seemed uninterested.

Applied online and got an HR screen, then a well-planned onsite interview. The interviewers were nice and even helped out if I got stuck. There was one rude interviewer out of the five, which is pretty standard. They use PHP a lot, so I was surprised they interviewed me. It seems like they mainly need someone for their older applications.

Applied via a job portal and got a recruiter call. Had five interview rounds total: four technical and one HR. Three tech interviews were online, and one was in-person for technical and cultural fit. The process was smooth with quick feedback. The recruiter was helpful, and I got the offer in about a month.

  • They will mostly ask questions related to the role and technology you have applied for.
  • Additionally, there will be a coding round.
