First, there's a quick call to chat about your background and if you're interested in the job. Then, you'll have interviews with different managers to see how you'd fit with the team. Finally, you'll meet with the director or head of the office.

Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and we had short talks. Recruiter was direct and clear on expectations, and also understood mine. I went through 5 rounds: an HR round, two with directors, a mock test, and another operations round. The rounds were good. They asked about Qualtrics and other skills. They explained their vision and how I could be valuable. Each round gave a better understanding of the business, my role, and the future, which was lacking in other interviews. For the mock test, I researched the US healthcare and medication industry, and general life aspects of citizens, then tailored it for a client. While preparing, I could justify my actions, research, and views. This is something most companies miss. Overall, the interviewers gave positive vibes and showed interest in understanding my current role and responsibilities.

I met with several people, one after the other, with each asking very similar questions and showing no sign of having talked to previous interviewers. The entire process took over 4 hours. The position itself is not far removed from tele-sales - it consists of scouring the internet for people with industry-specific skills and experience that big investors would like to talk to for "advice", then cold-calling to recruit these people to speak to the investors. Pay was $45k with full benefits, but the work hours were something like 8:30 am to 6:45 pm. Plus a $20 bonus for each new person recruited. I never heard back from Guidepoint, despite their promising I would within a week, and having written follow-up emails to each person who interviewed me.
