Had a first round teams call, with pretty standard questions. They were looking for a leader and problem solver. I didn't move on, but it was not a bad experience at all.

There were three interviews total. It started with an initial one, then a second for further screening, and finally one with team members from the office you'd be joining. None were longer than forty-five minutes and they were all pretty laid back.

The hiring process was quite brief. After submitting my application through Guidepoint's website, I was contacted within five days to schedule an initial meeting. The phone screen started promptly and lasted for about 30 minutes. Following that, they mentioned providing feedback the subsequent week, which they did. A couple of days after the phone screen, I received an invitation for an in-person interview with the HR Manager, and shortly thereafter, I was extended an offer to join the company.
