It was a telephonic interview for the first round, they asked basic hygienic questions about my long-term goals. Then there was a case round which was research-based. After that, there were 5 offline rounds. They covered everything you can think of.

HR reached out first to get my details. Then, a hiring manager interview was scheduled. The hiring manager seemed arrogant, with poor body language and a rude attitude, making it a really bad interview experience. Their business involves research and expert calls, saving info for clients. It felt like they might use interviews for free info from experts. The manager got frustrated because I couldn't share specific details due to NDAs. I felt they could have just asked conceptual questions instead of getting upset. Also, the initial Teams link didn't work, and they insisted on using only that platform, which seemed unnecessary. Overall, I don't recommend interviewing here. It's a waste of time, and I can only imagine how they treat their employees if they treat interviewees this way.

The interview process was quite long and involved meeting with a number of people including management, HR, my potential boss, and some of the team members who were recently hired. They took the time to explain the business and its objectives to me. Overall, it was a positive experience and I'd suggest it to other candidates.
