The interview was over Zoom and it was kind of difficult. What made it difficult was that you had to speak with 4 different people in the span of 2 hours (30 minutes each). The interviewers were nice and asked basic interview questions about your resume and work experience. After the interview was over, I didn't hear back from anyone for weeks and I decided to reach out to a recruiter and they let me know that they were still deciding and its been over a month and half and I still have yet to hear back on a final decision.

I sent in my application and got a referral. About a week later, the Head of HR called me for a phone interview. It was a pretty standard call with the usual personality and behavioral questions. Then, four days after that, they invited me to a "super day" at Guggenheim's Chicago offices. The super day had four interviews, some were 2:1 and some were 1:1. They asked me behavioral questions, about my Excel skills, and a few accounting questions. I heard back about two weeks later from HR and got the job! It was a really smooth process, and the rotational program seems super interesting.

I applied through their website and went through a phone interview. Then I had two in-person interviews at the NYC office. The first round involved 5 separate one-on-one interviews. The second round had 7 interviewers: 3 one-on-one meetings (including with the managing director and director), and 2 group sessions with 2 people each. Everyone was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. They asked mostly behavioral questions, but also some technical ones about bank loans.
