Went straight to the superday. Had a 30-minute technical interview, then a behavioral interview after lunch. The questions were pretty basic, mostly about accounting and evaluation. The behavioral part was about my experience and why I'm interested in Guggenheim.

The interview process started with a superday, which was very technical. It covered a lot of ground, like the time value of money, accounting, and current news. If you passed that, you then had a behavioral round with two higher-ups, and that was the final step.

They have a fantastic Veteran Transition Internship program and are really committed to helping transitioning Veterans grow through classes, speakers, and practical, hands-on experience. I applied online and heard back roughly 45 days later for a 30-minute 1:1 interview with three employees: an MD, a VP, and another staff member. It was a great interview experience, and everyone was super welcoming. The interview was very behavioral, focusing on whether I'd be a good cultural fit.
