Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

Went through a few rounds with the credit group leads, then a final super day. Mostly behavioral talks until the super day, had about 4-5 chats before that. Some technical stuff, but the super day was a case study. Had to present a case study to MDs.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process involved several weeks of 30-minute chats with junior and senior bankers, followed by a technical screen. It wrapped up with a multi-round "super day," and an offer was extended on the evening of that day.

Behavioral Technical

Applied through an employee referral and had a first interview with two people from the peer team, which went well. After I followed up two weeks later, I was invited to meet the hiring manager and their manager, which also went well. Since I didn't hear back, I followed up again after two weeks and was invited to meet two more people and HR, which also went well. Waited for feedback and received none; only a voicemail from one of the interviewers weeks later stating I am neither selected nor rejected, and nothing else! Was terribly disappointed after going through six different interviews only to hear an inconclusive feedback from them.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you describe a time you resolved a difficult situation with a trader or colleague?
