Went through a 3-person interview and it was straight to the point. We talked about setting clear expectations and key metrics. Meeting goals and kpis are a must. The training is a lot of information at once but after a while it becomes better.

I met with the district manager at a coffee shop. After some initial greetings, the interview started and it went really well. I felt at ease throughout the whole conversation. I think they asked about my background first to give me some context about the company and their expectations for a store manager.

It started with a quick phone screen with the District Manager, then an in-person meeting with them. After that, there was a phone call with the regional manager, and finally a phone call with the LP. The questions were what you'd expect for a retail store manager role. I had already accepted another offer, and when I let them know, their response was to keep going through the process because they could match or beat it. After the last interview with LP, where they promised to get back to me either way, I never heard back. My follow-up emails to the district manager were ignored. It was a pretty unprofessional way to handle things, especially when a candidate is dealing with multiple offers.
