My interview process was pretty unique because the business unit in my country was just starting out. I actually reached out directly to the business unit in another country, went through an interview there, and then came back to my country for a second interview. So, I had two interviews total. The first one was a face-to-face 1:1 with the HR manager, the direct manager, and the technical director of the business unit I would have been working for. The second interview was in my country with the HR manager, the local organization director, and my direct manager.
