It was long and quite intimidating. A lot of intermediate steps. I got the impression they deliberately wanted to put you under a lot of pressure. I never got a response even though I tried to contact them (I had reached the final interview stage).

The HR contact was completely unprofessional. They reached out to me for the internship and scheduled an interview. The day before, they canceled, saying they would provide new availability, and then disappeared. I messaged them in the following days, and they never responded again. It wouldn't have cost them anything to just say they had already found someone else. They treated me like a nobody, and I hope the same happens to that HR person if they ever change jobs. I'm telling you, stay away from this company because if the HR person (who has now even been promoted to head of HR) is like this, imagine the rest. This is NOT my opinion, these are the facts that ACTUALLY HAPPENED, and I have the emails to prove it.

I applied online and got a call from the recruiter. Then I came in for an interview and was asked for references. It was a pretty standard process, nothing too crazy. The people were friendly, and the receptionists were great. However, there was some waiting involved, and I think it could have been a bit more efficient.
